My Envy Box Review November 2013!!

Hey my loveliees,

I am back again with one more beauty box that i discovered this month..well nowadays Beauty Boxes are the new in trend that almost everyone is experimenting with and how can i be left behind when there is a new Box on the block..ehh ;)

After receiving Vellvette Boxes for almost 7 months i was looking for a change and finally thought of subscribing to this new beauty box..My Envy Box!

This is a new beauty box in the market and its subscription, unlike the other boxes is not direct. That is, you need to send a request conveying your interest in subscribing and they will get back to you based on the product availability.

Presenting in front of you the latest cutie in town! :D

The Box arrived within the five days of ordering, which is quite nice! :D

I absolutely loved the packaging – the products come wrapped in a butter paper inside a pale orange box with the brand logo over it. The box contains 5 cards containing info about each of the products inside the box. I received 5 products in my box and one freebie! ;)

There is a flyer with a brief on My Envy Box , telling you the box is an Indo-French collaboration and the then there are the product cards. 

The Products that i got are:

• Davidoff Cool Water Woman Sea Rose (1.2 ml)
• Pythomer Complexion Recovery Moisturising Cream (5ml)
• Avene Cleanance Mask ( 10ml)
• Thalgo Brightening Regulating Essence (2ml)
• L'occitane Voluminizing Hair Care Kit: Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Mask (6ml each)
• Freebie: A Pack of Playing Cards from L'occitane..i have no idea what this is doing here but nonetheless at-least it's usefull! :P 

So in total I got 6 Products..but the only thing that is missing is a full sized sample..i feel that atleast there should have been one full size product in the box.

 And one more thing they should definitely include Make-up as well.

Resubscribe?  well not until I see the next month's box and hear some one rave about it!

I hope everyone is doing fine and reading my not-so-popular-blog! Soooo today i am here to write my first ever review on my blog..yaayyiiee :D

The Product that i'll be reviewing: Matrix Opticare smoothing conditioner

About Matrix Opticare smoothing conditioner:

Opticare Smooth and Straight is a professional hair-care line formulated to help control and smooth chemically straightened hair. Enriched with Shea Butter to help, protect, condition and moisturise for healthy looking, silky shiny hair. Detangles as it moisturises for intense smoothness and shine for frizz-free hair. Helps protect hair against damage and helps prevent split ends.

How To Use:

After opticare smooth and straight conditioner, apply to wet hair, massage and rinse. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.

Price:

Rs. 210 for 98g gm.

Ingredients: 

Water, cetearyl alcohol, behentrimonium chloride, glycerine, amodimethicone, fragrance, cetyl esters, methyl paraben, benzyl salicylate, trideceth-6, apricot kernel oil, shea butter, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, hexyl cinnamal, butylphenyl methylpropional, cetrimonium chloride (D36478/1).

My Experience:

The conditioner is pure white in color and has a very thick consistency. The best thing about this conditioner is its fragrance..its divine and the good thing is that it stays for some time!

It is particularly designed for chemically straightened hair. I have natural straight hair , but I still like to use this conditioner after shampooing my hair. It somehow manages the frizz of my hair and it does provide shine to my hair but it doesn't prevent split ends.

Overall i kind off like the work of this conditioner.

Pros of Opticare Smoothing Conditioner:

• Fragrance is divine.
• Controls the Frizz and detangles hair.
• Provides shine and makes hair soft.
• Doesn't lead to hair-fall.
• A little goes a long way.

Cons of Opticare Smoothing Conditioner:

• Doesn't prevent split ends.
• Won't help already damaged hair.

Will i Repurchase Matrix Opticare Smoothing Conditioner again?

Yes ofcourse i will! :D

August Vellvette Bag (Ticket to Hollywood)

Its that time of the month again when the blog space is flooded with Vellvette boxes! 

I am sure you would have checked what a lot of others would have got by now and this must not be a huge surprise for you..received the package pretty late this month and have no idea why! 

Anyway, here goes…

The theme of the month for August was “Ticket to Hollywood” 

1. I love..Strawberry face mask

I think i am the only one that got the strawberry mask from i love..Its a 15 ml sample pack and i have received 3 packs. I am seriously looking forward to try this product! :)

2. H2O+ Age Prevention and Repair: This one is utterly disappointing. Aren't the Vellvette team reading the Questionnaires that they made us fill up specifically..i am still in my early twenties and they want me to use age prevention..like seriously?? Anyways i have already given this to my mom because its of no use for me!

3. Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Extreme in Sheer Pink Berry : It is a lip plumper with hydro collagen complex and an intense formula that increases the size of the lips and gives an Angelina Jolie pout. It is the only Full Sized product that almost everyone got. The color hat i got is Sheer Pink Berry which looks pretty good but fails to do what it claims i.e., plumping up the lips! :/

That was all that i got and the final verdict is that I am not Completely satisfied with this month's Bag..hope to get something exciting next month as in September it is Vellvette's First Anniversary! :D

Birthdayy!! :D

Hellooo againn!

So this is my third post and no one has joined me yet..quite heartbreaking but nevertheless i am happy to share bits and pieces of my life even if only I am the one reading it. :)
My favourite month just went by, the big J-U-L-Y..and my birthday too just went by..the 24th of July and in a blink of an eye i turned 22 >_< Realising that you are no longer 19 or 20 is really sad..i bet almost everyone agrees with me on this one.
Speaking of my Birthday the only thing I was happy about were my birthday gifts and the cake of course ;)
Following are the gifts that i got ^_^ :

A collagee given to me by my Mommy! :) 

A picture is worth a thousand words, even if none are spoken to make it 

and the next one is an orange handbag gifted by my sister :)

Gosh i cannot tell u how much i love bagss!! i am like competely crazy for them..at times alott but aren't they just soo worth it! And this one is just sooo pretty..:D

That was all i got and yeah i also received The July vellvette box but after my birthday was over..but still was very much excited as always!! :D

Will going to review the July Vellvette Box in my next post :)

Vellvette Bag (June)

Hey People..i am backk!

So i have finally received my 2nd Vellvette Box today (yes i ordered 2 :P)..After sooo many dayss! The 1st one that i got was delivered to me on Thursday and i cannot tell you that how disappointed am i from the Vellvette guys..They sent me the exact same old things that they did the last month, except the LA Splash eye liner which i am not too fond of because i am not much of an eye liner person and that is why i have also sent them an email regarding my complaint..hope to receive a reply.

Well anyways let me just show you the products that I've got (Again!!)

This is the only thing that is new in my current vellvette box. Looking forward to use it in the future. :)

New Kid on the Blog!!

Hola everyone welcome to Beautiliciousme !! 

Well well well..my first blog ever..excited much? oh yes i am! :D

I am Anamika Misra..and currently pursuing graduation..i am a kind of a make-up addict (kind off a make-up geek :P)

After going through sooo many blogs over the internet for so many days i have finally decided to give blogging a try and i hope that i continue to write! So..here goes my first write up for you all (the one's who are reading..i hope someone is :P) Its kind of difficult to write every little thing that is going on in  my mind right now (trust me..there are millions of things) buy I'll still try to write what all is going on. 

As I've mentioned earlier that i am a MAKE-UP GEEK..I absolutely love to splurge money on it as well as on Footwear's, Bags, Accessories. I completely love going through shopping websites and ofcourse buying from them. Well i think this much introduction is enough for the day. :)
